Registration & Promotions
Monograph collects personal information when you register with us. This is includes your email address, first and last name, and a password from you. Monograph may also collect personal information if you enter into any promotions, sweepstakes or sponsorships in partnership with Monograph and/or third parties.
Communications with Monograph
By using Monograph or providing personal us with your personal information, you agree that we can communicate with you electronically regarding security, privacy, and administrative issues relating to your use of those sites, products, and services. We use third party service providers to assist us in managing and administering communications and emails sent to us through Monograph. Any personal information disclosed through such communications will be governed by such third party vendors privacy policies.
Account Subscriptions and Payment Processors
Should you proceed with Monograph paid features we require your billing information in order to process the transaction. We do not store your billing information. We will retain the name, last 4 digits of your credit card number, and the credit card type, so that you and us may identify the card used in the future. Upon discontinuation of Monograph services, your information used to identify the card will be destroyed. If we are unable to process your subscription for a given month, this information, along with your account information, may be used to contact you.
Third Party Payment Processors
Monograph uses third party payment processors to assist us in securely processing your subscription and personally identifiable payment information. Such third party processors use of your personal information is governed by their respective privacy policies. Payments are currently processed and managed using the third party vendor below.
Monograph uses third party hosting and cloud based services to manage, deploy, monitor, and scale Monograph. Personal information hosted by or through Monograph is subject to their privacy policies. Hosting is currently provided and managed using the third party vendor below.
Server Logs and IP Address
Monograph may automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, cookies, time of access, geographic location, browser type, referral URL, media type, and the pages you request to provide us with internal information regarding site traffic statistics.
Session information may be used for various purposes, including but not limited to:
1. Help diagnose and solve problems reported by our users or engineers.
2. Estimate the total number of users visiting the website.
3. Estimate geographical locations of visitors.
4. Monitor and prevent fraud and abuse.
How we use your personal information
Monograph may collect and display some of your personal information in our dashboard to aid in the use of the platform; for example, showing your name or email when you are logged in to the platform.
Notifications and Promotional Material
Monograph at times will also use information collected through its service to send out notifications regarding service related issues and updates.
Third Party Service Providers
Monograph uses third party service providers to perform various functions and services on our behalf. These service providers have access to personal information needed to perform such services, tasks, and functions on our behalf and are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to provide these services to us.

We store all user information in secure databases protected using industry standard SSL encryption. Your account information is password protected and your password is stored using industry standard encryptions. No company, including Monograph, can fully eliminate security risks and guarantee 100% security. While transmitting personal information through online interactions, you do so at your own risk.
Children, California Residents and Visitors Outside of the USA
Users under the age of 13 are prohibited from using Monograph. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 years old. We will delete any and all information from our files if we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information.
Under California Civil Code Sections 1798.83-1798.84, California residents are entitled to ask us for a notice identifying the categories of Personal Information which we share with our affiliates and/or third parties for marketing purposes, and to provide contact information for such affiliates and/or third parties.
